| Lifestyle Europe Limited was formed following the Management
Buy Out of part of the Ford Division of HMG Holding Limited a
large national motor dealer group. The formation was completed
in May 2001. Preceding this, the Chairman and Managing director
where the Operational Directors of the Division for a many
years. The lifestyle name was formed in advance of the
Management buy Out and it made way for a new in native and
contemporary name in today's market place supporting the new
image of the forward thinking of the Director's and the product
of the business.
With a supportive Management team the business took the local
markets by storm. Heavy weight marketing programs gave way to
establish a width of awareness in the immediate market areas of
Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

After four years of stable business, the directors decided to
expand and increase the coverage of the franchised territories
by purchasing a dealership in Crawley West Sussex. This enabled
a strong geographical fit with our existing Horsham, Royal
Tunbridge Wells and Redhill dealerships in the immediate area
In the latter part of 2005 the Mazda franchised was added to
our new facility in Crawley to marry the existing Ford
franchise.
As the calendar year concluded a new concept and trading name
came to town and Lifestyle Europe Limited with a trade car
supermarket called CarZone. This is housed in a new facility
acquired by the Company a number of months before.
In 2006, the company has taken another step forward opening
the doors to the Subaru and Isuzu franchises for the Royal
Tunbridge Wells. These franchises are to be added to the
existing Ford Franchised business already long established. |
